2 And, behold, there
was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord
descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the
stone from the door, and sat upon it.
3 His countenance was
like lightning, and his raiment white as snow:
22 My God hath sent his
angel, and hath shut the lions' mouths, that they have
not hurt me: forasmuch as before him innocency was found
in me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no
hurt.
Hebrews 1:13, 14
13 But to which of the
angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until
I make thine enemies thy footstool?
31And he shall send his angels with
a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather
together his elect from the four winds, from one end of
heaven to the other.
*God has made wonderful provision for
us against the powers of evil
**Angels are His representatives, so we need not fear. What
comfort!
