Healthy Curry Powder

  • Serves:

 

 

Ingredients:

 1 T turmeric
 1 T coriander
 1 t garlic powder
 2 t cumin
 1 t salt
 1 t fenugreek powder
 1 t fennel or dill
 pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

 

Method:

  1. Combine together and store in airtight container.


CINNAMON SUBSTITUTE:

  1. Combine 2 t coriander with 1 t cardamom.
