1 x 400g can of lentils, drained and washed.
1 Onion diced and lightly fried.
1 cup of cooked brown rice.
1/4 cup rice flour.
2 Tblsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
1/2 tsp ground Turmeric
1 Tblsp Soy Sauce
4 Tblsp Savoury Yeast Flakes
1/4 cup of water
Oil for frying.
Method:
Mix all ingredients (except onion and
oil) together in a bowl and let it sit for around 5
mins.
Sauté Onion and oil in a frying pan for
around 5 mins or until soft.
Add onion to the rest of the
ingredients.
Divide mixture into 1/2 cup sized
patties.
Fry in a hot non-stick fry pan with a
little oil for around 2 mins each side.
