Pear Cream Topping

 

Bombay Roasted Potatoes

  • Cooking time:
  • Serves: 4

 

 

Ingredients:

1kg white potatoes unpeeled
1t turmeric powder
2T oil
1t salt

Method:

  1. Cut the potatoes into 1inch (2cm) cubes.
  2. In a bowl combine potatoes with turmeric, oil and salt and mix well.
  3. Place potatoes in an oven tray and bake for 30 minutes at 350F or 180C.
  4. Mix half way through cooking so they cook evenly.
