Pear Cream Topping

 

Chocolate & Caramel Slice

Ingredients:

Base Ingredients:

3 cups cashews
1 ½ cups dates
2T coconut oil melted
½ t salt opt.

 

Method:

  1. Place base ingredients into the food processor and blend until mix together.
    (You may need to add a little to assist with mixing).

  2. Press into a 20cm x 30cm dish lined with baking paper and place into the freezer.

 

Carob Icing Ingredients:

½ cup melted coconut oil
½ cup honey
½ cup carob powder

 

Method:

  1. Using low heat combine the coconut oil and honey.

  2. Stir until the honey is runny, then add your carob powder stir until combine.

  3. Quickly spread it on the base, cause it hardens up very quickly.

  4. Place it back in the freezer for 1-2 hours to harden, then cut and serve.
